It all started in 2017, during my studies, when a Colombian classmate affectionately gave me the nickname “Marquito”. The name stuck and began to grow in significance. Between 2018 and 2021, during my work in a corporate environment, the term “Marquito-Aktion” (de) / Marquito-Action (en) became a playful yet recognized way to refer to creative or successful initiatives I led.
During my studies in International Management (2020–2024), “Marquito” gained further popularity among my peers and colleagues, symbolizing not just a nickname but a persona tied to reliability and professionalism. Later, while working in Barcelona, Spain, the name resonated even more deeply, as its Spanish roots made it naturally familiar and easy to adopt. In this setting, “Marquito” came to represent effective and innovative business solutions.
While it started as a simple nickname, “Marquito” has grown into a symbol of my international outlook and professional ethos. True to my personal slogan, “MARQUITO international – keeps it professional,” it embodies my commitment to delivering results while embracing cultural diversity.
